Design
The RSVG chimney fan is made of corrosion-resistant cast aluminium and designed for operation in hot and corrosive environments. The chimney fan withstands flue gas temperatures up to 200°C and is delivered with a centrifugal impeller, which enables high efficiency. The chimney fan has an enclosed heat-resistant asynchronous motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings that was developed especially for use in high temperatures. The motor is placed so that it is protected from flue gases and a special cooling vane wheel as well as cooling air slots that safely ensure continuous cooling of the motor. The cable is heat resistant and strain relieved and protected by a reinforced hose casing. All of these combined give the chimney fan high operational reliability and a long service life.

Integrated Security
The built-in chimney fan pressure control switch is connected to the associated exodraft control that monitors the fail-safe function. The fail-safe function monitors whether the chimney draught is sufficient. If this is not the case, the gas supply is shut off and a gas leak is prevented.

The chimney fan can be opened so that it is easily accessible for maintenance and repair work and a stainless safety mesh is mounted to protect fingers and birds.
